Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be applied to your total service cost.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment through our online booking system.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Arrivals:
We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled, as we cannot extend appointment times.
